How Toastmasters Works
The PRIMARY OBJECTIVE of Toastmasters is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which the member is helped to become a powerful communicator and effective leader in their professional and personal capacity.
The Toastmasters program is self paced and offers the opportunity to choose from 10 educational pathways, depending on what skills you specifically want to develop. Each pathway is supported with online videos and tutorials and involves delivering prepared speeches, giving effective feedback and planning and delivering projects designed to help improve your chosen area of development.
Through your journey at Toastmasters, the program will enable you to build 5 core competencies
